If you are unhappy with the product you have received, or it has arrived damaged due to the delivery process, please contact us within 48hours of receiving your item, and we will be happy to send you a replacement once proof of damage has been received.
Unfortunately, if you have ordered a personalised item, we will be unable to refund these under any circumstances as each of these are made to order.

We only use eco friendly products when packaging our items, to make sure we are doing our bit for the environment. Remember, all orders £50 and over qualify for free delivery in the UK!!
As items are all made to order, we aim to get your purchase in the post to you within 3-5 days.
