I have an idea for a gift, but I can't find it anywhere. Would you be able to produce it for me?
This is something I get asked quite a lot, and honestly, I love it! I will endeavour to do my absolute best to produce exactly what you are after, just get in contact via email and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
Do you have a loyalty program?
I don't have a loyalty program as such, but I do invite you to subscribe to my mailing list, which will give you early access to offers that I regularly have.
Do you deliver outside of the UK?
Can I return my personalised item?
I am happy to ship my items anywhere in the world, but unfortunately it is only the UK that has free shipping. If there is something that you would like to order, please get in contact and we can provide a shipping quote to you before you purchase.
If your item has been made with personalisation then unfortunately I am unable to accept a return. If your item has arrived damaged then please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your order, with a photo of the damaged item and I will get another one made for you.
